very early on Friday morning we discovered our water heater had failed working so I called, and as it was just after 7:00 in the morning I knew I would only be able to leave a voice msg. But to my surprise within a short time I received a text msg asking for details of the problem. After sending camera shots of the water heater I was hooked up with the scheduler and had a scheduled service for that same day. "Robert" arrived well within the bracked time frame set and, having been sent the pictures, was prepared to do all that was needed to get us back in operation. We were so appreciative that we had same day service, and we have not had any problem with the installed system. Robert worked the whole time, double checked that he hadn't left anything undone, and cleaned up everything before leaving. - 8/22/2024 

Sprung a leak on water heater. Called Blessed plumbing and said they could be out the next day. Fortunately, the tape job I did held until Robert got here. I watched him go to work.
